Work with meditation, pranayama (breathing), mudras, bandhas, and asanas to restore balance and health to your life. This class is designed to stimulate your inner energy flow, while also creating a soothing environment with candlelight and soft music, deep relaxation and yoga nidra to soothe your soul for a most restful and relaxed evening!
PRENATAL/ PRENATAL WITH PARTNERS YOGA
Happy moms deliver happy babies! Practice Yoga poses (asanas) and deep breathing exercises that help you maintain a healthy and calm pregnancy, while also strengthening and preparing your body & mind for labor and delivery and leaving you with techniques to remain calm after your bundle of joy arrives! Feel re-energized from the practice as you connect on the deepest level with your baby and relax your whole body, mind and spirit. Benefits of Prenatal Yoga include helping to prepare the mother physically to give birth, reduces swelling and inflammation around joints, reduces low back pain & sciatica, and increases a mother's overall strength, flexibility and wellbeing. Prenatal bonding with other mothers in the community creates support for you and your baby! Poses are modified depending on the pregnancy stage of each participant. No prior Yoga experience necessary - wear comfortable clothes and bring a Yoga mat. Please bring 2 pillows and a blanket. Permission from your physician or health care provider is required.

Yoga for Children helps your child to channel their emotions positively, stimulates creativity, develops positive body awareness, and improves self-confidence, concentration, patience and problem solving skills. Teeny Yoginis develops the balanced, total personality of the child. No prior Yoga experience necessary - wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat. (GRADES 2-5)

Teens today face very unique challenges - they are in the process of becoming an adult. Yoga offers teens a positive and healthy way to relax and an effective way to cope with life's stress! The teenage years are crucial to forming the adult they will become; this is an ideal time to enhance their understanding of themselves and how they relate to the world. Yoga for Youth develops positive body image & awareness, improves self-confidence, concentration, patience and problem solving skills. No prior Yoga experience necessary - wear comfortable clothes (abdomens covered) and bring a Yoga mat. (GRADES 6-9)
